In the Rocket Money app, members can create savings accounts. To keep them motivated on their long-term saving goals, we introduced milestone badges. I designed the 3D versions of the badges and animations to bring these accomplishments to life.

Using Cinema 4D, I modeled and applied consistent materials, including anodized aluminum with a gradient finish, a silver rim, and a ceramic-like badge.

I crafted the animations using After Effects and Cinema 4D. In Cinema 4D, I animated the border extrusion and scene lighting for buildup, while in After Effects, I enhanced the opening with a trim path effect. A firework effect added a final touch of delight.
